Job Description
CCSI Case Coordination, LLC is looking to hire a Senior Information Services Specialist for our Pontiac Office. The Senior Information Specialist is responsible for helping the disabled and people 60 & older apply for local, state, and federal programs. A suitable candidate will have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree or a H.S. Diploma plus 4 years of experience in the Aging/Disability field. The ability to maintain participant and employee confidentiality is a must as well as operating office equipment and interacting professionally with other social service & community agencies, ECIAAA, & IDOA.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering phones in a professional manner, providing accurate information, assistance & referral to the general public, tracking and data collection of participant contacts, timely follow up with satisfaction surveys, conducting outreach and public awareness activities, conducting Options Counseling and attending training as needed to stay updated on aging issues. SHIP, AIRS, CDSMP, DSMP, & MOB Classes. The SIS Specialist is expected to travel within Livingston County assisting participants during home visits, at various outreach locations or during in-office hours. The successful candidate will have great people and organizational skills but also be comfortable complying with time frames, utilizing web-based applications and presenting workshops to small groups.

Job Type: Full-Time; normal office hours M-F, 8:00am-5:00pm
